What is the Shipping Policy? | |
Shipping Method For orders within Hong Kong, we deliver our products thorough local courier. For international orders, we deliver products by International Priority through FedEx at reasonable costs. For details,please read here. International orders will normally be charged for additional customs fees. Yet, your order does not include the customs fee and you will most likely be charged for the customs fees when the order arrives. Please consult your country's customs office for information regarding these policies. Status Tracking Free shipping is not insured. When the merchandises are shipped, customer will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Customers may check for the shipment status for deliveries. Packing Material Temperature and other environmental factors might vary during shipment of the goods. NFC-shop.net is very concerned about the entire purchase experience for our clients and we try to provide the best packaging arrangements for you. We use anti-static packaging bags for each package we ship out to avoid static shocks to the products inside. At the same time, we have aluminum foil bubble envelope for each shipment in order to minimize the influence of impact and temperature changes on the products inside. All these are NFC-shop.net’s effort in ensuring the products you receive are of the best quality. Delivery Time Transit time depends on what is ordered. Normally, in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 working days after placing an order. Backordered, out of stock or customized items usually have a two week minimum lead time from the date of purchase. Please note that the actual delivery time varies according to situations and we do not provide any guarantees. If there is any delay due to payment authorization, delay in clearance of customs of the destination or unforeseen weather conditions and traffic accidents, we will not take up any responsibilities. |

What is the Return Policy? | |
Returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions. We DO NOT ACCEPT any return of products damaged due to personal reasons such as manual damages, dissatisfaction of product design or colour choices. It is highly recommended that customers double check the order or enquire us before order confirmation as well as when using the products. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a perfect condition, unusual damages or mistakes may still occur. All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch. In cases which products received are wrong, damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods and return the damaged or wrong tags to us. The purchaser will be responsible for any return and shipment costs and the security of transit of such items. We will offer and arrange to re-send the product immediately if we confirm that the products received is a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Normal wear and tear after usage will not be accepted for return as they are due to typical uses or depreciation of the product, including but not limited to circumstances as the following:
