Returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT any return of products damaged due to personal reasons such as manual damages, dissatisfaction of product design or colour choices. It is highly recommended that customers double check the order or enquire us before order confirmation as well as when using the products.

Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to you in a perfect condition, unusual damages or mistakes may still occur. All of our products are checked for quality before dispatch. In cases which products received are wrong, damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the goods and return the damaged or wrong tags to us. The purchaser will be responsible for any return and shipment costs and the security of transit of such items.

We will offer and arrange to re-send the product immediately if we confirm that the products received is a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. 

Normal wear and tear after usage will not be accepted for return as they are due to typical uses or depreciation of the product, including but not limited to circumstances as the following:
